No label is perfect, but they still release a lot of good stuff. Everyone assumed they were somehow going to screw up their release of The Getaway, and then it turned out great, and it was crickets. Agree, they have released some amazing underrated horror gems that looked fantastic! The fact that people are hoping they go out of business is insane to me. That's just my two cents, and some other highly praised boutique labels, also have major quality issues as well, but are never spoke of ... It's ok to criticize a company, but to wish them to go out of business?? Especially one that has released literally hundreds of underrated gems that would have never even been released in a bargain bin is disheartening imo.

I'd be in for the 3 highlighted. Especially since the liklihood of a 4K of ROTLD3 increased with new footage being discovered. I'd love to have ROTLD2, even though it's hated by many, I have a soft spot for it. I actually just bought the vinyl of it from Terror Vision.

As for Night of the Creeps, that's 100% coming, maybe not October, but definitely coming. Faculty is likely too.

Edit: I'd probably grab Vampires too.

It's crazy that the 4K of NotLD90 has taken this long to come out. They filmed special features for it 2 years ago. Which kinda makes me think if it IS coming from Shout, then NotC might be a while away.

I agree they probably won’t release it again and that it doesn’t need another release, but with this year being the 50th anniversary, I could see them releasing a Steelbook with the existing discs or something like that to capitalize on the 50th anniversary, especially if the previous releases sold well. Dark Sky is supposedly releasing a 50th anniversary of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1974) after releasing a 4K UHD just last year. (Second Sight too.)

Agreed that another release is not needed though.

But Black Christmas (2006) should definitely get one.

When/if they do Sleepaway Camp on 4K, I hope they go back to that scene with the killer in the cabin doorway and darken it properly because I can imagine we will 100% see Ricky under a wig in near perfect quality and that is NOT how it was intended to look.

Along with a 4K Blu-ray/Blu-ray combo pack release by Shout of Night of the Creeps and the House of Wax remake, would like to see any of the following from Shout for October as well (had done a post search to see if Buried Alive II had been brought up beforehand in this thread):

The China Lake Murders (was glad to see the China Lake short is being included in Second Sight's release of The Hitcher)
