The other day, I was thinking about making a centralized MOD thread for all of them, but I wasn't sure if that was needed or not.

What would be great is if included (a reconstruction of) the original cut. That would be a BIG selling point for a new edition like that for Dark Crystal.

The subject's been beaten to death on these forums, but a 4K of Silent Night Deadly Night, Part 2 is very unlikely. The original camera negative was lost years ago, probably forever.

Dark Crystal looks okayish, but Labyrinth yikes. Both feature one or two new extras, but nothing major.

Its from Brian Froud and Terry Jones book called "Goblins of the Labyrinth" (which is very rare and expensive to try to own now):

Ah, that's good to see there's historical precedent to it. I'm not sure it works as well as a Steelbook as it does on that book cover though.

Exactly what I was thinking. It looks much better on that book cover than it does on the steelbook. Between the cropping and the color change, it's just... not good
