Hopefully, some of the buyers here will share their experiences with it.
It looks like Redo offers more options, including free returns/exchanges compared to Route. I've heard great things about Route too, so I do hope Redo is as good as them in case something happens.

The price isn't $5 by the way. It scales with the amount in your cart. I believe the base price is $3. Like Route, it's optional.

Here's their FAQ page for anyone that wants to read more details: https://shoutfactory.com/pages/redo-faq

So instead of Lionsgate rereleasing Chopping Mall, a Vestron release on 4k, looks like they've licensed to Shout, whose doing the 4k. Could mean big things for shout going forward, if Lionsgate made the decision to not do 4k rereleases, they may all be coming through Shout. At least the big horror titles like Chopping Mall.

Those have all been on sale, you must've missed them. I own 2 of the 3 and I only buy Shout 4ks when they're on sale. They've been in that 22.99-23.99 range within the past 18 months. Will likely be part of their upcoming spring 4k sale they've been doing.

It isn't licensed to Shout, Shout owns it now.

Lionsgate has physical rights. We are not putting this out.

Hey Shout Official, is there any chance of this being released by you or maybe even being licensed out to another label? I am assuming you have the rights since you released a truncated version on Dvd...

Sale prices were predictably not great but I did score the Irwin Allen collection for $50 which I’ve had my eye on for awhile.

Girls Town is a Paramount title via Republic/Melange per the copyright notice on the MST3K version.

I just saw it on Dawn of the discs, no idea where he got it from since we have an official denial. Maybe Shout just has streaming rights for shout factory TV.

Surprised about Chopping Mall. So, SF just has streaming rights? Brad from Terror-Vision was the first to mention it, and he gave the impression that SF outright controlled it now, so it's a bit unfortunate that Lionsgate still have physical rights, as it would seem less likely that we'll get 4K release now.

I decided to look at the Copyright website, and I just found a listing for Shout's Golden Princess deal, with over 20 titles listed

I couldn't agree more. The uncut version is my top Holy Grail. YouTube has an extra scene with Mamie Van Doren singing in the shower that was only included in foreign release prints of GIRLS TOWN (1959).
