Who has current Paramount deals? VS and KL?
I’d love it if VS did it but I would think Kino would be more likely if it’s anyone other than Scream.

Imprint/Via Vision in Australia also releases Paramount titles such as the upcoming THIS PROPERTY IS CONDEMNED.

Shout also releasing Michael Mann's Miami Vice (2006) on 4K tentatively in August too .

Quote:
Additionally, as predicted, there are two new Amazon Exclusive Steelbooks coming as well, both John Carpenter movies.

Sh!t I may have to grab both of those steels. Miami Vice is a definite. 4K was made for movies like that.
I wonder if Universal plans on a Miami Vice 4K set. Could this be a tie-in?

Not planned right now I don't think. They're doing Knight Rider in 4K, and have apparently told someone involved with that project that if that one does well, they'll explore other shows. I think Miami Vice is one of the most obvious choices for them to do.

Still nothing on Herzog's Nosferatu, eh? I'm close to giving up and pulling the trigger on the BFI box.

I'm still holding off and waiting to see if a September or October release may come.

Makes sense that they would go with a shorter season series (KR has 4 vs. Miami's 5). I really hope it does well despite the Hoff's ghostly head oddly photoshopped on that windshield lol. I'm not a big fan of KR so I won't be upgrading my BD set.

This is a situation where I’m really glad that I just watched my Miami Vice Blu, because otherwise I would be tempted to upgrade without that watch being fresh in my memory. Perfectly content with the Mill Creek Steelbook either way both cuts.

34 copies left of the Mario Bava Collection bundle with exclusive Booklet, and Poster

https://shoutfactory.com/collections...lusive-booklet

After that sells out, the remaining 1,500 will go up for sale (and likely take much longer to sell out)

Shout should tackle the OG Thundercats (85-89). I would pay good money for a collector's edition bluray set. In my opinion, best cartoon of the 80s and while dated, still one of the better western animated series of all-time.

**Correction** The Japanese company Pacific Animation Corporation actually did the animation while being written, produced, and voiced in the United States.

I think I already own everything Shaw related I will ever need. The one movie I'm still waiting on is Hong Kong Godfather. I'm sure it's eventually coming, but from whom is the question.

Hopefully, Shout Factory has more Golden Harvest boxsets coming in the near future.

Anybody else already have the OG Scream Sleepaway Camp 2&3 blu rays and just not feeling it? I think I've reached upgrade fatigue. I love these movies and they'll look great on 4k, but man I'm just thinking about spending $75 on two movies I already have and it's hard to get excited.

Primed and ready to order the Sleepaway Camp bundle. Wondering if we'll get a juicy store exclusive anytime soon. Seems like it's been a few months since we had one.
