That's what I thought also. Unless Shout is, as usual, milking the title on Blu-ray before releasing the 4K version. I'm glad I didn't buy that Bava set.

I remember one of the early press releases did not list the Chinese Ghost Stories as 4K like the others, so I was expecting them to be Blu-ray only. They are 4K on digital though.
Meh, just three less discs to be scratched.

Wait a second, Black Sunday won't have the original Italian audio? This is truly messed up if true. Went from day 1 buy to no buy at all. Will stick with the Arrow blu rays. How can you release a Mario Bava release without the original Italian dub.

Happy to see Catch 22 is getting a 4k but sad it's with Shout. Scratched disc in weak packaging isn't what I was hoping for. I'm more disappointed than I was with Bring Me the Head of Alfredo Garcia because I'm fairly sure Arrow will still release that in the UK. They may not release a version of Catch 22, so we'll be stuck with this.

I guess beggars can't be choosers.

Also, I can't believe the number of users here that are unaware of the greatness of this film.

Interesting that they are jumping into HK titles 14-16 and skipping six films for 8-13. Whatever that is, hope it's announced soon.

Not a particularly strong Scream slate for October, but oh well. Same is true basically across the board. As I see it, KLSC’s Dan Curtis BDs are the most intriguing and novel out of all the boutique labels’ offerings. Would’ve loved an Arrow Video Halloween (1978) 4K upgrade (again, it’s OOP in the UK, so don’t @ me), or a Ghost Story (1981) 4K upgrade from Scream Factory, or the already-teased Salem’s Lot “Blu-ray” from Arrow.

If it was The Relic getting a 4K Dolby Vision upgrade, I'd probably bite, but End of Days isn't something I've gone back to in over a decade. Both films are flawed Peter Hyams genre flicks, but The Relic really needs a new scan and an HDR pass to try to make it look right, finally.

If Shout upgraded the quality of their slips and started sealing them in cellophane, I would actually be excited, but since I love the movie, I'll bite the bullet and get it along with the BFI release.
