Actually, Vinegar Syndrome would probably give Firestarter Rekindled a fancy VSU. They’re doing these deluxe editions for movies nobody asked for, like Carrie 2

Your best bet at this time is ViaVisions's release (Austraila) of Firestarter and Firestarter Rekindled box set. Not 4K, but as for Rekindled, it's the only Blu-ray available worldwide (upscaled), and has been for some time now. I have it and it looks great.

You could literally buy it(import from AUS) right now. Via Vision has it in print as a set with the 84’ original.

I wouldn’t buy it, however. Even in the sense of camp or B-Movies, it’s a bit tedious.

Had a helluva storm blow through town on Saturday and lost power for all of Saturday. Yesterday things were back to normal until 6pm when the internet went down until late this afternoon. Just now I tried doing a quick look but didn't see anything mentioned...

What's going on with the Sleepaway Camp 4k's? Amazon delayed my order by a week. Was this exclusive to them or are other retailers delaying things as well?

My part 2 shipped but part 3 is delayed until 8/18 now.

I'm going with initial sellout due to high demand. Amazon, Deep Discount and Movies Unlimited are the last places I preorder certain titles from. Mainstream stuff you're probably not in any hurry to buy, yeah, but not movies like Sleepaway Camp II.

Correction it was Sleepaway Camp 3 that shipped and arrived yesterday from Amazon. Looks like they shipped Part 2 last night and it’s out for delivery today.

I understand Sleepaway Camp 2/3 UHD releases don’t come with the BD discs due to Sandpiper having the rights to them. However, it doesn’t appear the price is lower than the other releases that come with BD discs.
