I did not. I still haven't seen 4 or the series. 3 was so bad I couldn't finish it.

When Fox initially issued this on DVD in 1999 the transfer was non-anamorphic letterbox. They only re-issued the film once since then, in 2005 with a different cover but the same non-anamorphic transfer. A Blu-ray release would be a massive jump in quality and there are plenty of opportunities for great supplements.

I think most people would be surprised at just how huge the cult following for this film is. There's a lot of demand and I think it would fit in nicely with the other films in the series. I don't think Fox will ever release it on Blu-ray themselves.

It is one of my favorites. Brilliant score.

That's incredibly surprising. I'd buy any Shout Factory Nic Cage movies (Valley Girl) other than Amos and Andrew, and Into the Night was awesome!.

I agree on Tremors 2, I think it's a tad better than the original for some reason. I didn't think 3 was all that bad...has some original characters from the first

I still don't know why 2 wasn't released theatrically. It was certainly good enough.

I also think part 2 had better pacing than the first Tremors. It didn't have to set up two of the main characters to the extent of the first. When stuff needed to happen, it did. It also benefited from having a cast of six people, at least two of whom were just to get the body count up.

I think the night time scenes help the second one too; there really weren't any in the first(except the one with the doctor which was well done) and the night time scenes in part 2 were rather creepy.

God I love me some Ravenous. I saw it in theaters 4 times. Unfortunately I was pretty much the only person in the theater each time. Hugely underrated . This really needs a bluray.

I would think ti has enough of a following to be a Shout release, even though its a comedy, from Universal.
