What film are you talking about? What "Twilight Time" gets can be a lot more predictable than what "Shout!"/"Scream" can get. A lot of what "Twilight Time" gets draws from Sony's & Columbia's catalog.

SUSPIRIA and the steelbook to RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD from the UK was honestly the top reasons I bought a region B bluray player. I needed SUSPIRIA in HD and to hear the booming soundtrack, oh man.

Its one of my favorite movies but I still can't bite on any of the current international releases cause they all ****ed up the contrast and don't look very good.
I'm totally down for that Return Of The Living Dead steelbook though, from what I remember that ones region free too!
Might order it around october when I have more free cash.

Another MGM big title I would love Scream to do is Kaufman's version of INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS. This movie is one of those retellings of a story that is just as good or even better than the original classic.

I do not think that they would because it already has a special edition blu from MGM.

That would lead me to THE PEOPLE UNDER THE STAIRS for a good second choice. From MGM I would like Romero's THE DARK HALF and MONKEY SHINES. Both films hold up pretty well i think.
On the subject of Stephen King, we all need MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE. Last I knew, Fox owned it and I would just love a commentary track with King just from the get go admitting he was cocked out of his mind while filming.
[Show spoiler] Also from Fox I would adore PHANTOM OF THE PARADISE. De Palma loves being involved with the special editions of his films. That is long, long overdue. Being a bigtime ROCKY HORROR fan I would buy SHOCK TREATMENT in a heartbeat. When Scream announced DAY OF THE DEAD, we all were surprised and I hope we get a big surprise again from them of another dynamite title from Anchor Bay's library of films they released. Overseas, Arrow released MOTEL HELL, THE CAR and many other great cult films that I would not be shocked if a title or three would be announced. Of course I still dream of films like DAWN OF THE DEAD, SUSPIRIA, and FRIGHT NIGHT PART 2 and hundreds others to get their day in Scream Factory's hands. One can always hope.
Maximum Overdrive is with Studio Canal, and therefore Lionsgate.

It would be pretty awesome if Scream Factory could somehow work out a deal directly with StudioCanal. I have no idea what the nature of StudioCanal's deal with Lionsgate is, but Lionsgate isn't exactly doing much with StudioCanal's back catalog in the US at the moment.

After Christine. Maximum Overdrive is my most wanted Blu-Ray.

I have seen Studio Canal have it in the UK for 2011 dvd but not R1. I still have seen no proof Studio Canal has Maximum Overdrive for US & Canada but I know for sure Lionsgate has the Trucks tv movie.

Proof:
It shifted companies (Anchor Bay to Lionsgate) at the same time as other Studio Canal titles, like Evil Dead 2 & Highlander.

I'd love 1993's Body Snatchers...Meg Tilly creeped me out in that!

Sorry to beat a dead horse, but when should we expect the next wave of titles to be announced?

Very exciting week upon us! I can hardly wait to hear the latest announcements on Friday. I'm sure more than a few of us will be stalking Scream Factory's Facebook page every 30 seconds

I'll have to glue a thumbtack to my mouse to keep from clicking refresh every 5 seconds.

Good call, sir! Totally would have forgotten about the October Criterion announcement. Fingers crossed for "Scanners" and "Eraserhead"!
