He said they are not Halloween related...wouldnt that eliminate Sleepaway Camp 2 and 3 since they are horror movies...
They could be in the line of Saturn 3 or Eve of Destruction or Beast of Hallow Mountain... Or how about some classic sci fi.. The MGM Catalog offers alot of possibilities such as Donovans Brain Gorath, Yongary, At the Earths Core ..They could be outside the 80s...even The Brain That Wouldnt Die might be possible..Im thinking outside of 80s horror films Last edited by dsman71; 11-16-2013 at 06:43 PM. |

Probably not. Roadgames is with Lionsgate, through StudioCanal. If Scream made a deal with them, that would be awesome though. Doubtful, as Lionsgate is about to release a StudioCanal film on BD (Wicker Man).

Catherine Mary Stewart is so hot in Night of the Comet. Even now she still looks gorgeous.
I enjoyed this viewing of Comet more than when I watched it for the first time a few months ago. Very fun and enjoyable. The Blu has some speckles on the print but no other major complaints. |

That is the indication posted on the previous page by dsman71's response on FB from SF:
*A couple of non-Halloween associated titles will be announced there and on Facebook tomorrow.* "there", I'm assuming, means here(blu-ray.com). |

As for Rush Week, my guess would be it is with the original producers. The DVD was released by Simitar, a budget label. The VHS was released by Columbia Pictures, so I doubt Simitar could have gotten the rights from them. I think I might have mentioned this before, but I still have the video store poster for Rush Week. Before seeing the poster, I had never noticed the little guy with an axe in the upstairs window of the house (which is the same house from Witchboard, Waxwork, and Willard by the way). ![]() |
