I'm listening to Blake's 7: Jenna - The Dust Run: The Early Years audiobook.

I'm also attempting to do work while listening to it. I found a new way to make my self more productive - having a video in the corner or listening to audiobooks. I guess it distracts me from the monotony of my work.

My first Slayer experience as a guitar player (knowing what I liked to hear) was Blood Red.

I was hooked. Oddly enough, they are not even close to one of my favorite bands and for some reason their music resonates deep inside whatever it is that centers me and I focus more when I listen to slayer. It makes my pen tooling extremely accurate and tight.

I never use guides either. I blame my ability to have everything centered based on my slight OCD.

I found them in the army, room mate played guitar and he liked slayer a lot. it takes certain mood to play their albums.

working on some business this weekend.....then xmas monday & tuesday.

sending the kids to the sitters on wednesday so i can play video games and eat pizza all day.

then i'll be home w/the kids the rest of the time they are off of school working on a little bit of business each day.

if i'm able to get a vacation that is more than a week long....i always take a day to do whatever i want.

so i send the kids to the sitter and do anything that will make me happy.

last year when they were gone for the day during my xmas vacation, i spent the day in my basement watching movies all day!!
