I'm glad Christmas is over for another year. I feel like crap. I'm sitting here this Boxing day morning trying to recover from how much food and drink I had yesterday . I'm 3 kilograms heavier than I was this time yesterday.

People love food and drink and use Christmas as an excuse to over indulge,something I would be doing now if I didn't feel ill.

Another typical negative post from Nefilim . That's a pretty big assumption about many people purposely stuffing and over indulge themselves. For me I make the effort on Christmas to have a meal with both mine and my fiancées families. Which means having 3 Christmas meals. We spend Christmas morning with my fiancées parents, brothers and sisters. My parents are divorced and don't really get along, so we (as well as my brother and his partner) generally have lunch with my dad, his wife and her family, and dinner with my mum. After eating 3 meals of, ham, turkey, chicken, pork plus everything else, it leaves you quite full, it just can't be helped.
