It's the best man! Always have to make them fresh. Make a little aioli sauce for dipping and you're good to go!

If you had too. What other food what you say it taste like most? I say this cause people say alot of food tastes like chicken or whatever.

Honestly it kind of has no flavor at all. Pretty much tastes like a scallop. Don't know if you've ever had them? Most of the flavor comes from the breading because they're mostly deep fried. Frozen calamari is a bad representation because they have a rubbery texture to them. They can also become rubbery if you cook them fresh because a lot of people deep fry them too long and over cook them. Doesn't hurt to ever try them man, if you get the chance!

Yea, it can get expensive. All depends on how big the squids are. You can get small ones in the store which I've seen for about 2-3lbs for $10 or so. Very cheap. Then just get some flour, salt and pepper for the coating and deep fry them babies up
