My feedback score dropped - W/O receiving a negative - Blu-ray Forum

I just noticed this evening that my feedback score has dropped from 10 to 9. I haven't received any negatives or neutrals, so what's up with that? Previously it was a 10 with a total positive feedback of 11. Now it's a 9 with a total positive feedback of 10. A positive feedback rating someone left has apparently been removed. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
