Feedback Keeps dropping? - Blu-ray Forum

I a few weeks ago I had 25 positive feedback, now I am down to 23. Is this a bug or something?? When I check my feedback history, I should have 30 as well but I never got that high. Any ideas?

100.0%
Members who left positive: 23
Members who left negative: 0
Total positive feedback: 30

How can I have 30 positive feedback as well if only 23 left feedback when I know I had more before. Maybe members that removed their profiles?

Multiple feedback from the same person(s) only counts as one.

just like ebay, i've gotten like 2300 positives over there but only have a rating of like 1818.....

exactly, and with ebay now, after one year the feedback drops, so if you dont do any business in a years time, you are back to zero

ah ok, I done lots of multiples. Sucks that it only counts for 1 but I guess that'll explain it

For those in the know:

I was looking at my feedback score and I saw somthing that I didn't understand:

Feedback Score: 13
Positive Feedback: 100%
Members who left feedback: 13
Members who left negative: 0

Total Positive Feedback: 14

Just wondering how can my Total Positive Feedback can be 14 when Members who left feedback is only 13?

Not important but just wondering

They don't give you a +1 for someone who was a return customer.

I was getting ready to give a good report from someone on this forum that I have purchased from before. I guess it means it really won't be counted the second time?

That's too bad. If they did a good job the second time or third, etc., etc. it still should count.

Just imagine how many Guru's there would still be if multible posts in one thread count as 1.

I have 36 positive feedback but only a 26 score, which means 10 of my transactions so far have been from repeat customers.
