i wont be buying any of these, but ill be buying 2-3 of another flick just to support blu. i have a feeling this is a "buy" week for hd dvd. last hope imo.

I was all set to buy this title. However Paramount is sticking it to us two ways for this release: Price and no lossless audio. $28 (street) for a movie without the killer audio. Are we suckers or what?

Well, it looks like the BDA has become complacent in this format war. This is absolutely pathetic since there is not even one exclusive Blu-ray release this week.

Black Snake Moan for me. Christina Ricci in beautiful high bitrate AVC Blu HD - yummy.

Now, if only Paramount would see fit to stop giving us lossy Dolby Digital rubbish and give us some TrueHD or PCM soundtracks already, sheesh!

Nothing new to buy this week so yesterday picked up Hellboy and Pearl Harbour. My Pearl disc freezes though ,right when the bombers crash in china. Have to replace it.
