Canada Canadian Disney Deals Thread

As many of you know, it's hard to obtain Disney titles for under $20 in Canada. Columbia House doesn't carry them and prices rarely drop below $24.99 anywhere else.

I thought it might be useful to track what few deals there are.

I'll start off with three:

Pinocchio $19.99 at E-Outlet Canada

Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure $10 coupon

Amazon UK buy 1 get 1 sale
has 26 movies on offer. You will need to check that they are region free before ordering. Importing two movies such as Monsters Inc. and Cars would cost around $31 without duty or $41 with duty.

Theres a dvd store 2 blocks east of Yonge on Dundas st. in Toronto that has blu's for really cheap, got pinnochio, sleeping beauty, cars there all for $20 each. I got Transformers 2 and braveheart for $20 dollars on thursday. Lost season 1 and 2 $45 each. Around July got all the harry potters for $10 (used).

He has some other movies not that much of a selection flirting around the $20 price but depending on the guy (the younger guy tries to get more money out of you, but the older guy is better to deal with).

Most of them are new (sealed, slip covers, digital copies everything) but the problem i have whenever dealing with them is the idea that they might probably be stolen, it's one of those places that when u go in you dont wanna get the guy pissed.

Nothing really specific but

www.SigElectronics.com has okay prices on Disney titles sometimes

Same goes for www.dvdsnextgengaming.com

And of course BBV, Rogers, etc usually have decent prices on their previously viewed Disney titles

What a lucky morning I had. Decided to go to my local Best Buy just for fun and also PM SIGS Batman Begins price of 9.99, and while viewing the blu-ray section, I see Bolt with a price tag of 13.99!!!

I thought it was the dvd version at first but nope, blu-ray. Quickly snagged it up and hit a little snag with the cashier, as it came up 34.99 on her computer but she erased it and put 13.99!! lol

I was laughing so badly inside but had to contain it till I left the store.

I love pricing errors!
