With the field expanded to 10 eligible films, and "Up In the Air" having a wider release than "The Hurt Locker", I'd say the chances of that happening are slim.

It's a good film, but it didn't blow me away. (No pun intended for those who have seen it, lol)

It's been winning awards from like every critic group. I can see it going either way though. Best Film will go to either Up in the Air or The Hurt Locker. The Hurt Locker will most likely win Best Director.

The actual titles aren't confirmed, but there are preorders available at several sites (links below) under the "Halloween Triple Feature" label. I preordered through axelmusic with fingers firmly crossed. I do know that Alliance distributes a lot of Dimension titles in Canada...and those three Halloween movies are Dimension titles.
