Default Quirky and Unique Movie time snacks

All of us here have sat down with a favorite snack of ours, something we enjoy or a treat that will hold us over throughout the movie(s) of our choosing. What I'd like to know is... What unique or quirky snack(s) do you make/have made/eat when you sit down in your HT set up.

I don't mean the usuals of popcorn, or a bag of candy, or so on. I mean something along the lines of "Puppy Chow". Back in college my friends girl made a big bowl of this for us and it's been a staple when I watch football games or want a great snack when I watch movies. And for some of you that don't know, I will include the recipe, and I suggest you guys do the same. It couldn't hurt, right?!

Here is the recipe for "Puppy Chow" and how it should look, if people have never heard of this 'crack'-like treat.

Sweet Treat – Puppy Chow | Blissfully Domestic

Also, I haven't tried this one yet, but I will, a poster on these forums mentioned about mixing hot popped popcorn with M&Ms. A interesting combination to say the least.

Nothing quirky for me...just ice cream in a bowl, there are reasons I won't take the whole container with me...

I have a friend who insists that theaters should sell buckets of fried okra.

No can't say I have. That sounds as lethal as the famous maple syrup and bacon doughnut.

I also like chocolate covered pretzels, they can be addicting.

Get strips of bacon, coat them in sugar, then put them in a non stick skillet/frying pan. The sugar should melt and the bacon will start to cook a bit.

Once the sugar starts to brown a bit, turn the heat up and once it gets just a bit darker, take the bacon out and put on a plate spaced apart from each other. Put in the freezer and it will harden it a bit but not so long as to let it get cold.

Take out and ENJOY!

Best invention by my mom EVER.

I make secret toasted waffles.

I add miniature marshmallows (lots) and chocolate chips to the batter. I make a large batch and freeze them in Zip_locks.

When I am ready for one, I pop it in the toaster and the Marshmallows and chocolate chips become warm and soft.

Tastey.

You eat those for movies? Or just in general? They sound diabolical

Anytime. No syrup required. Just a finger food/snack. I undercook them slightly, then when I toast them they are "done". I make them on the soft side so the are quiet during the movie.

I also make Jalepeno/bacon/cheddar waffles for when I am in a savory mood.

You'd probably enjoy a few waffles after the movie.
