This is surely one I will be picking up... as long as "101 Films" does a good job with the transfer....

Anyone know anything about this company? I see that "Day of the Woman/I Spit on Your Grave" might be their freshman effort on Blu...

According to amazon this is a 15 cert. Wow.

I watched it once on a pirate VHS copy. The only thing I remember is the bathroom scene. Which makes me shiver thinking about it.

Yeah, they're wrong. This was only recently (last ten years) passed uncut at '18'...

I agree 100%. I get the revenge message that goes with the film. I'm very open minded plus I can and will watch pretty much anything , but ISOYG in IMO should never have seen the light of day. Not a duel as in a fight, but rather a dual format as in a double-sided disc. Blu-ray on one side, DVD on the other.

shocked since they banned the release original on blu-ray

I'm going to get this not seen it for years, it was on a VHS video tape years ago when I last watched it, So hopefully the Blu release will be a big improvement.

I think I still have the VHS somewhere, (of the one or two I still have) and unbelievably, I got it as a gift from a girl (says something about her maybe?). "Duel" Format does make me chuckle though.

I see the MPAA wants 110 cuts made to the 2010 version to avoid NC-17
so ABE are releasing unrated.
I gather that means the UK version of the 2010 release will be butchered by the BBFC

2 minutes and 54 seconds of compulsory cuts will be applied to this Blu-ray release. However, over four minutes of previous cuts have been waived. I'm unsure of whether or not to buy it.

Its still cut by 2mins & 54 secs,

And even the new remake of this film is cut by 43 secs... So there you have it

A friend of mind also said there no is no way this would be uncut and seems like the rumor is true so this cut ? and they have the dam cheek to says its uncut god i hate censor ship laws lol

ill be looking to buy from USA if it does come out at least USA version will be uncut i hope
