Default Stores that support Blu-ray

I know that there are a few stores that have publicly announced their support for Blu-ray, such as Target and Ultimate Electronics. There are other stores that are still carrying both formats, and others that have reduced on a format.

The store I'm really thinking of is Sears. At first they carried an HD-DVD player, 3 Blu-ray Players and the neutral LG player. Now they only carry 1 HD-DVD player, a Blu-ray and the neutral LG online; however if you visit their local stores, the HD-DVD player can no longer be ordered, and some stores have the Sony S300 in stock (or if not they can order it in).

As far as the movies go, they have dropped their selection of HD-DVDs online, and only carry Blu-ray movies. If you visit any of their stores they only have Blu-ray displays with new releases, and usually only have 1-3 different HD-DVD titles. The local Sears store has also moved the only two HD-DVD titles they had to the clearance area.

Does anyone know if they have also become Blu-ray exclusive? That's the way it seems. If they did it would be great, cause that includes all of Sears Holdings (Sears, K-Mart and The Great Indoors).

Default Made a mistake

CORRECTION TO THE ABOVE POST: They have not dropped HD-DVD movies on sears.com, but no store seems to sell them.

Unfortunately all B&M store prices are out of the ballpark. I have 30 discs and I've yet to pay more than $15. I would probably say Best Buy. They have at least tried with a few 2 for 1 sales and bottom out sales on titles like Flying Daggers for $13.99.

When did Ultimate Electronics announce their blu-ray support? All the ones I've seen still have that lame dual demo near the exit running HD DVD and Blu-ray with no sound. They've tossed a BD player one of their floor tv's but then run the old version of 5th Element and have no information about the format. I've talked to them before and said they needed to convert their projector demo room to BD. Lossless sound with the Klipsch reference 7.1 setup and a nice 1080p projector should really open some eyes and ears. Hell this is a place that still says $500+ DVD players.

I, personally, have not read anything about Ultimate choosing a side. The reason why I posted them is because according to the local Sony and Samsung reps, Ultimate decided to carry only Blu-ray. The local Ultimate only has a blu-ray player on display to. It might be something local I guess (if anything).

Yeah it definitely isn't storewide, at least not yet. We are both in the same area. My local UE store is by Colorado Mills. I went in on monday and they still have their HD DVD display near the exit. I've never seen one hooked up to any of the floor models though.
