Recently bought a new home and converted the garage into my theater room , It's a dream come true and just want to thank everyone for the tips and advice I've gotten. I just added the new pics to my gallery. Please feel free to rate it

You are a skilled craftsman, sir. Great job with the remodel. I don't think anyone would have guessed your HT room was a garage at any point. Do you have some background in construction?

A family friend helped me out with the construction part. I just paid for the materials and lots of dinners, the only thing I know how to do is the cabling.

I wish I would've taken pictures during the constrution process so you could've seen a before and after comparison. I had a washer and dryer in the garage that I had to relocate inside a closet in the house. So we had to install new plumbing through my living room floor (trenching).That's was the worst part of the construction.

My buddy did the flooring and drywall , I did the electrical ,data and speakers. The renovation was just under 4000 bucks. If it wasn't for my bud I probably would've had to pay double of what I got it for.

Thanks for all the positive feedback , Hammie I agree this is an ever evolving process of upgrades, I need some serious OT and some Jedi mind tricks to convince the wife.

Awesome HT my friend! I love the garage conversion idea....its much better than just filling your garage with crap that you'll never find when you need it.
