A family friend helped me out with the construction part. I just paid for the materials and lots of dinners, the only thing I know how to do is the cabling.

Looks great! But I am going to predict the future...

I see a projector, new speakers, external amplification, cabling, acoustical panels...

This is a wonderful setup in the world of Home Theater!!!! Congrats and I wish you many wonderful viewing experiences from the "sweet spot."

Thumbs up

Very nice HT Finmaan! I left you a rating and comment. Good job! I grew up watching Thundercats, and that statue is sweet.

I wish I would've taken pictures during the constrution process so you could've seen a before and after comparison. I had a washer and dryer in the garage that I had to relocate inside a closet in the house. So we had to install new plumbing through my living room floor (trenching). That's was the worst part of the construction.

My buddy did the flooring and drywall , I did the electrical ,data and speakers. The renovation was just under 4000 bucks. If it wasn't for my bud I probably would've had to pay double of what I got it for.
