While browsing through Bloody-Disgusting I found this
http://www.bloody-disgusting.com/news/24592 Well, those guys always have very good sources, so I will believe them, that we will see the 2 movies this Halloween. But damn, no special features, that's a shame. Let's hope that the PQ and AQ are at least good. |

Could care less about the extras myself, I mean what more is there to learn about these films?
Just give a decent transfer for each film at a budget price. Even better make it a double feature,(two discs, one case)for a decent price. |

I agree. Who cares about special features as long as the price is reasonable enough to justify buying it without the bonus features. If it's $10-15, who cares about the bonus features. But, if it's more than that, then the bonus content better be on there, otherwise, no sale.
I'm hoping to purchase these two films as well ... |

They shouldn't price it at 10 dollars or less. Some of you people complain about crappy transfers, but then say you won't spend money unless they charge nothing for the discs. That mindset is kind of part of the problem.
Halloween 3 is an extremely fun movie. There's nothing crappy about it. It was designed to be somewhat campy. That's part of the fun and certainly not a fault. People who judge this film because there's "No Michael!!!" need to realize it's a stand alone film. |

But saying it like that is just confusing. Or do you also state that for example you bought the Halloween sequels when in fact you didn't buy them?

This is my opinion btw, i really loved halloween 2 it was just as good as the first. but halloween 3 was plain horrible, it took away the concept of halloween away, again thats just what i think.
btw is it worth getting Curse and h20 on blu? because i hear so many bad reviews about it that the video and audio is plain horrible? |

Good news, though the majority of the story is whining about the lack of extras.

But i tell you what an excellent transfer and great audio of a movie I really like, is worth a heck of a lot more than 20-30 bucks for me. I like special features, but guess what just the fact of finally getting the movie in High Definition is worth buying it. based on the article it sounds like the writer is just bitter that universal didnt want to buy any of the convention and New Beverly theatre screening and interview footage, that the article writer shot Last edited by WJWS Channel 13:Amity; 05-22-2011 at 09:21 AM. |
