I suppose the original thread we had was lost in the wipe, so here goes:

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Complete Series DVD PRE-ORDER

Saban and Shout! Factory will be bringing the Power Rangers series to DVD over the next several months. Perhaps the best known of these is the first installment, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, which ran for three seasons and 145 episodes from 1993-1995, and spawned a feature film, and numerous subsequent Power Rangers television series and other media.

Power Rangers Season 1 Volume 1 is also available at bestbuy.com with the SKU being 20386489.

But the original series is all I really care about and maybe a couple of others like Turbo. So no interest in Alien Rangers.

Indeed, I would prefer just to purchase the nineteen-disc box set and be done. Hopefully, pre-order information will be revealed before the first volume is set to release from Amazon.com.

I think that boxset will be a hassle to try and get depending on just how limited it is. Then, people will resell it on like eBay for twice the cost.

My thinking though it that it will first be available at SDCC, and then go to wider distribution some time after, probably around the time season three releases individually.

If someone who was going wanted to do a group buy, that's something I'd definitely be interested in.

As soon as Time Life offer their next coupon I'm ordering the complete set. After a little bit of research I noticed they had one for Fathers Day that was 10% off plus free shipping but I didn't know about this set then. Ebates also offers 6% cash back if you click through them so the total would have been around $190.00 (pre tax) which is pretty sound. If you guys see another coupon at any point please post it on here.

I loved "Power Rangers" but I'm pretty sure I won't really enjoy it anymore today. I'm really not going to watch through the series...
However, just for the sake of having something "Power Rangers", I'd really like to have the movie on Blu-ray. That's all I ask...

Plus the Black Ranger is a long time Anime voice actor and musician with 1 of his notable roles is Ichigo on Bleach. (Not the Black Ranger in the 1st pic and no i'm not talking about skin color).

Johnny Yong Bosch is the dude ur talking about hes done tons of voice over work for anime video games and movies. he even came back in 2007 as a guest star in pr operation overdrive.

Just cancelled my Vol. 2 order and pre-ordered the complete series. I'm a bit put off that they didn't announce this before Vol. 1 came out, but it could be worse - they could have waited until after releasing all the volumes (which would have sucked). I'm very happy I'll be able to get the bonus features now after all.

I actually got Jason David Frank (Tommy) to sign my copy from Comic Con! I have to get this set, Lost Galaxy and In Space are awesome series. With "In Space" ending the Zordon story arc and "Lost Galaxy" featuring a team up, a ranger death, and a bad ass character kicking the rangers' ass as well as the villains this set becomes a lock.

Well I am up to episode 50 now. I will take a break for a little bit. This brings back so many happy memories. All I can say is they used lots of stock footage.

Not sure why they were filming 7 days a week for a few months.
