This is one of those people would throw shoes at, or really, really love. I happen to really love it and can't wait for the Blu-ray disc! Sorvino and Kudro albsolutely buy into the hokum and commit to all the silliness. I have always loved this movie!

LOVE this movie a lot. But, not sure if its something that I need in blu as I already have the DVD and seeing it in blu won't really enhance my enjoyment unless it has a bunch of new extras. Maybe if I see it really cheap I will get it.

the DVD wasn't 16:9 correct? This blu will be worth the purchase as long as the transfer isn't ruined. I pre-ordered this along with Adventures in Babysitting (same day release)

Yep, looks like it was a non-anamorphic widescreen release. All of these reissues made me remember just how many movies on DVD never received an anamorphic transfer.

Any reviews yet? How 'bout a pic of the back cover? (I'm wondering if there will be any extras) Release date is just two weeks away.

I hope the transfer is well done and not just a poor, ancient HD master dumped on the disc. After what happened with The Truth About Cats and Dogs, I am worried about this title.

Fingers crossed. Then again, the DVD was just dreadful... one I've hoped to upgrade for years to even an anamorphic version...

Here's hoping this one pops... the colors and visuals should be great on BD.

Startz put out TTAC&D. Disney is releasing R&M. I wouldn't worry.

That's good to know. For some reason I though Truth About Cats and Dogs was a Touchstone release as well. Even so, I'm always worried about catalog titles in comparison to new releases. I still have my fingers crossed as well.

The Color of Money says Hi.

And I'm expecting the only extras to be what I have heard were very fluffy promotional stuff unfortunately based on the lack of new features on the Touchstone catalog BDs..

Yeah, I wouldn't expect any new extras... which is a shame.

It's so worth it, even at $14. I woulda paid more for it if I had to. It's that funny

I agree it's worth $14, but I don't want to pay $14. Has anyone found this at Walmart for cheaper?

Same here. From what I remember, this was a fun little comedy, but it's also a catalog title, so I'm reluctant to spend more than $10 as well. Here's hoping that this find its way to the $7.99 bin eventually.

Stuff usually is cheaper later on down the line. That's if you can wait or not. Whether it be on sale or a cheap used copy.
