Rockin'. Just a port of the DVD, but it's one of my all time favorite films.

Will definitely get this one. Too bad it seems impossible to do an extended/Director's Cut version of this movie. I seem to remember back in the old VHS & Laserdisc days that there were more scenes in the movie than it is on the DVD, including a scene were Leatherface and co. attack a bunch of people in a parking garage.

Were there? Sure you not thinking of Chainsaw 4? In anycase, hope this comes to the UK at some point, want to complete the Chainsaw collection, even with that terrible 4, and the remakes.

I'm pretty sure it was Texas 2, I had an old crappy VHS copy long ago that had this scene. I seem to remember Tobe and the others talking about it on the Texas 2 DVD aswell. It's been a few years, so I might be mistaken, but it can't be Texas 4. I haven't seen it, nor am I planning to any time soon either.

That was a deleted scene that was never completed, to the best of my knowledge. I don't recall any edition where it was ever put back into the film. Are you sure you're not just remembering it as part of the supplements on an older home video release?

I could be wrong, of course. Just don't remember an extended cut being released.

That was a (awful quality) deleted scene extra on the old Elite laserdisc.

They look quite good to me, especially in comparison to the dvd's.
