Need help from everyone on this forum to source Ayan and Sivaji original blu rays. - Blu-ray Forum

Hi,

My post title says it all. Need to source original Ayan and Sivaji Tamil blu rays to add to my collection. Have been hunting for them from past 2 months. No luck so far. Tried Amazon, Bollywoodbluray.co.uk, njmtv.com (no stock), bollyman.com (ran away with my money: paypal refunded 15 days later). So had my fare share of (mis) adventures.

Now seeking help in an all out manner. Hope someone from this wonderful forum would be able to help me out. I don't mind buying a used piece in pristine condition as well given the rarity.

Seriously sad condition of Indian blu ray market. Lesson learnt: if you want to buy an Indian blu ray movie - buy it now. There is no guarantee that it would be available anywhere months later.

I'm also on the look-out for Ayan on blu-ray.

I did manage to order the Sivaji blu-ray last april from an Amazon seller for 40 USD.

I just checked Amazon.com again and there are 4 sellers offering Sivaji blu-ray. There's one used copy (45 USD) and there are three new copies - (the cheapest of these costs 74 USD)

Is there any way we can convince ayngaran to arrange these copies for us? Am sure there will be few more members amongst us wanting to buy Sivaji and Ayan.

Found Ayan BD at a store in East Ham (London) but it looked like a bootleg copy as the artwork was different and the case wasn't properly shrink wrapped. Does anyone know if the disc at least is identical to the original BD? Even if it is a 1:1 BD rip I am happy to purchase as there won't be any quality related issues.

There is some Malaysian company that releases Tamil blu-rays under the Ayngaran name, but their cover art is very Obviously different. The Ayngaran logo was in red and white. Have not seen the quality tho as I have not gotten the discs from my relative in India yet. I would guess they either do bd50 or bd25 copies with menu, but I'm not sure.

probably will be able to get atleast one copy of sivaji ayngaran bd soon
will check its Authenticity before putting for sell (so it won't be sealed since I have to check by wrapping it)
