How do you cancel orders at J&R? - Blu-ray Forum

Sounds stupid I know. But I honestly can't find any 'Cancel order' tab or anything. It says that the order is processing. Can I still cancel at this point ?

try calling them during business hours. they've been very good about answering the phone the few times i've called.

We at J&R recommend calling because we have a quick turnaround on shipping, usually within 24-48 hours on weekdays. If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call us immediately at 1-800-806-1115. Emailing is not effective for this purpose, as your order may ship before we can respond to your email.

I used Google Checkout and there was a link in my e-mail to cancel. J&R canceled the order within 24 hours.

Whoa! Thanks for telling us this. We checked it out and there was a Verisign issue with the certificate which has been corrected. We invite you to try it once more.

really? I placed MY order one week ago today and it still says "processing".
