I'm one of the weirdos that actually liked didn't despise A Million Ways to Die in the West.

But, yeah Kirk Cameron all day long, with Left Behind second.

Will definitely be a sweep with Kirk Cameron and his film. Hollywood people loathe him for his beliefs, no doubt that will taint the vote no matter the quality of the film.

Which incidentally, does look terrible.

I don't think his beliefs have much to do with it. I actually watched this film of his and it legitimately is the worst film of the year. Though Left Behind, TMNT and Hercules aren't much better.

My guess is Transformers wins. Razzies are usually just about headlines and dumping on Transformers creates more headlines, even if it wasn't really THE worst film of the year.

Seems like they could do either the Kirk Cameron joke OR the Nic Cage Left Behind joke, and Behind was just so much more deserving...

And apart from the obvious TF and Ninja Turtles jokes (ie., the same Michael Bay joke told twice--Even though TMNT was actually not-bad, since the Turtles are supposed to be goofy whereas the TF's are not), the nominations are surprisingly not gay-schoolyard this year--Not even a Sophia Coppola or Paris Hilton joke.
We even get the "Razzie Redeemer" award for ex-cheap Razzie punchlines who went on to do actual good films, like Ben Affleck.
Even the traditional "Worst combo" category had to be a bit desperate this year. ("Kirk Cameron and his ego" "Kellan Lutz and his pecs".)

Seriously? In a movie with Stanley Tucci, Kelsey Grammar, Mark Wahlberg, and TJ Miller, she was the best part? Not sure what I'm defending though This movie was terrible and deserves all the hate

I don't know. Left Behind was bad but not legendarily bad.

Reviews for it were right down there with Saving Christmas. And Cage is a trainwreck these days. It seems the poor guy is taking literally any awful film just to make a few bucks to keep up with his horrible money management. Unfortunate as he was once a really good actor.

Your comment went the opposite of the way I expected it to go so for that I say, thank you. You're absolutely right, as well: the Razzies have a better track record than the Oscars.

You're right on the ball this morning. I had to bail from the "Nic Cage is the Greatest Actor Alive" bandwagon recently due to the insane amount of mediocre performances in shitty films he's been racking up.

Nicholas Cage is the Vincent Price of our time.
