Default Scenario: Your house is on fire and you can only save 1 Blu-ray..

..which would it be and why?

Mine would have to be.......

because it's a combination of one of my all-time favorite movies, my favorite childhood movie, it's expensive/rare, and it was my first ever Blu-ray.

Probably my favorite 80s horror flick, and probably one of the hardest to replace -- in theory, anyway.

Any of my Disney animation and import 3D discs would also qualify.

My choice would be empire strikes back, or jaws, or fight club, or zodiac. Whichever is closest I guess.

I dunno about Blu-ray, I'd go for my Japanese Star Wars SE laserdisc boxset signed by Carrie Fisher, Billy Dee Williams and Warwick Davis.

Christine, just cuz it's signed by Carpenter to me.
I would go for the signed and framed Halloween laserdisc first though, but in reality, they would probably all burn. Like others have mentioned, there's way more important stuff than movies to think about first. The laser would have better odds just by being in my office with some of the more important stuff.

I'd probably grab my Halloween: The Complete Collection box set, since it's the most expensive. My collection is small enough that everything else would be fairly easy to replace.

If everyone's movies were in the cloud, you could save everything

Same here, except replace that with this:

Unless the servers burn down.

My house was on fire last year and my movies were the last thing on my mind. That being said, the shelf they were on got through the water damage pretty much unscathed.
