Saw it today. It was fine, not nearly gut-busting hilarious, but some good chuckles sprinkled throughout. If you're looking to see it for ScarJo's comedy chops, don't. But you'll find yourself surprised that McKinnon and Glazer were the highlights.

I'm in the minority, but as average as the film was, I found it better than Bridesmaids. The group dynamic and chemistry between the women here shows much more naturally.

An eventual purchase when it gets cheaper, but nothing I'm rushing out to the stores for.

It feels weirdly negative to say "It was funny" and then not add anything else, but it was funny. I'll get it when it comes out.

The aggressive, idiotic marketing did this no favors. A pretty fun dark comedy (with no egregious product placement; Sony shocker, I know).

The only marketing for this i saw for this was a trailer before WW (a day after Rough Night actually came out) lol

Except the stupid closeup on the Sony cellphone lol (with the most ridiculous looking "phone tracking" program to boot).

I went back and re-watched Very Bad Things after seeing this, after all of the comparisons, and they're almost nothing alike except for that basic inciting incident. I enjoy both.

Why is it so hard to make funny mainstream comedies anymore? Now it's nothing but raunch-fests with women graphically discussing their lady-parts for 90 minutes.

There were some funny parts, but for the most part I agree. This was a completely predictable film with recycled elements taken from the other comedies. The middle of the film, to me, was the best part.

Snatched starring Amy Schumer, in my opinion was a much better movie.

Redboxed this the other night out of boredom and drunkeness. I enjoyed it for the most part. Like I'd grab it for 5 bucks or something. There's just something about Jillian Bell that I

though. I'll watch anything with her in it. She's always a highlight.
