Looks good, and I'm a huge fan of Bo's writing (both his stand-up and his canceled-too-soon TV show Zach Stone is Gonna Be Famous), so that combined with the positive festival reviews has me hyped.

This actually looks legit.

The combo of A24 and Bo Burnham made me think this was gonna be another one of those indie movies that relishes in it’s indie-ness too much and dials up the quirkiness, but this looks genuine and endearing.

Yeah, looks completely the opposite, in tone, of something like LB, going off the trailer. Doesn't have that insufferably smug quality.

I've been a fan of Bo's stand up stuff and early YouTube vids. So it was a bit odd to see him write and direct this. But good to see people branch out.

He created, starred in, and wrote a show that was really great called Zach Stone is Gonna Be Famous.

It aired on MTV though and as we all know that network has a lot of baggage so no one ever watched it and it got canceled after one season, unfortunately. But it's really funny and satirical and gets a little emotional at points.

I'd definitely recommend fans of Bo checking it out!

Yep, he didn't direct his show and all he's directed before this are stand-up specials

I hate stand up comedy, so I have 0 experience with this guy. But the trailer really hits the spot for me. Feels much more authentic and less quirky than Lady Bird, so I'm all in for it.
