Mlb 2k8 - Blu-ray Forum

Anybody else pumped for this? It's going to be an expensive March, starting off with this game, all the new blu-rays hitting the shelves, as well as ending with GTA IV! But im extremely excited for this game cant wait to play it!

I'm sure I'll pick up MLB2K8 but I'll probably also get MLB 08 The Show. I had a hard time deciding between those 2 (with the 07 versions). I ended up playing both of them.

if you are a baseball fan play The Show, its a lot better.

2k7 was terrible. I will not make the same mistake and pick up another 2k baseball game. The Show for me.

i really enjoy the bigs. It's like nfl blitz for baseball. a whole lotta fun.

Agreed - '07 was the most realistic baseball game I've played to date.

the pitching is exactly like mvp, except the ball moves much more realistically. batting is similar to mvp. road to the show lets u b 1 player and go through his career. in depth franchise, online is good 2

Pick The Show. Trust me I bought 2K6 and was disappointed. Got MLB 07 last year and it is leaps and bounds better.

This years version will have custom soundtracks

The Show was a lot better game than MLB 2k7.

07 did not have stellar graphics. however what ive seen from 08 makes it much better than 2k. remember 2k is limited by the 360.

From the previews I have read, I know I will be "sporting a tremendous woody" when MLB 08 The Show is released.
