Default Predict when Paramount/Universal will go Blu...

With the almost confirmed rumor that Toshiba is pulling the plug on dud. Bill and other insiders are now hinting that things may happen with the studios this Monday. So when do you think Paramount/Universal will go blu?

That is a tough one but I am inclined to say no. I think they might celebrate Prime Minister's Day though.

Yes, but companies still operate even if the market is closed. Monday should be a good news day.

I said yesterday that I bet Paramont is pressing BD as we speak. Universal is anybodys guess, they have no choice now but have to learn the drill.

Id say maybe Friday, or next Monday(25th). I say Friday because its the weekend going into the Oscars and it will create a sense of a unified Hollywood which is something much needed after the writers strike. I also say maybe the 25th because all the news out of Hollywood will be the Oscar results and the announcement wont appear to be as big of a deal in the mainstream media compared to that.

I picked Friday just because that's when the big announcements have been made lately.
