Default Petition for Universal and Paramount to go Blu

Hello fellow forummembers and blu-ray supporters

I have started a petition that I want to send to both Paramount and Universal Pictures to make it known that we want their movies on BLU-RAY.

You can sign here :

http://www.petitiononline.com/PAUNBLU/petition.html

Hope you will support me with this petition.

Thanx

Default like your enthusiasm, but...

This won't help. Buying Blu-Ray movies and players will.

Money talks, BS walks.

Well if you never tried then we have already lost.

Buying them I will for sure but a little extra help can't hurt.

Here's another interesting petition... this one asking Universal and Paramount to assist in the demise of HD DVD.

Please take HD DVD off Life Support

Even though I'm against euthinasia, this is the only time that I approve of such a deed. Take HD DUD off the machine already!!!!!

Hopefully no one takes any of these petitions seriously... I think the "Let HD DVD Die" petition was more of a humorous response to the seriousness of the HD DVD fans "Save HD DVD" petition.

These petitions are virtually meaningless... but nothing wrong with a bit of fun.

I signed the petition just a minute ago and said: By supporting the leading competitor,Blu-ray,you will stop the confusion of consumers and make excellent profits In-The-Long-Run

These petitions may drive Studios nuts and may make them change their minds. The current studios that support HD-DVD are doing it for the money and for the mercy of HD-DVDs suffering

I agree. This dying format needs to be put out of its misery.

It has little chance of doing harm.

The current studios who support HD-DVD need to get their heads out of their butts and smell the cappucino

Online petitions are routinely ignored. THey're less than worthless

If you want to tell them what you think, write them a snail mail letter and send it. A physical letter is easily worth 1000 emails

Straight into the spam filter in the email box of the assistant to the assistant to the secretary of the vice chief executive of the toilet cleaning department for sector 3B (the room in the basement with an en suite bathroom).

They're right on the studio web pages

And I'll tell you flat out, no matter how many letters you send they won't care unless they come with large 9-figure checks attached to them

It's not about what the consumer wants. It's all about saving exec jobs, saving face, and making money. And right now there's more money in accepting bribes than anything else. What will change their minds, like that guy at the Bits said, is when retailers tell them they're not stocking HD DVD anymor because no one is buying it
