Me and assistant both sent e-mails to get tickets for the premiere, but haven't received any reply confirmation yet. Has anyone received ticket confirmation to any of the cities' showings?

It strikes me that this sort of day-and-date would be a great thing for the theater owners, if they could have exclusive rights to sell the disc for a few weeks.
