I feel like if the new art can't best the original don't do it.

I wish I would've held off on that German 4K mediabook now! Second Sight always knocks it out of the park. Hopefully they're both great releases!

Luckily, I preordered the mediabook through jpc and was able to cancel it pretty easily. Haven't received my refund, but I went ahead and preordered the SS release through Diabolik.

Capelight just emailed me. They canceled my order and refunded me the money. I have the SS one ordered from Orbit.

I appreciate SS trying to give us something unique with their cover designs, but it sure is hard to compete with the rather cool and striking theatrical posters that accompanied this particular feature. If you're not going to include the original theatrical posters on the cover, it would at least be appreciated if they were provided on the art cards (maybe they be included in the booklet).

Anyway, I actually like the design, despite it not being as good as most of the original promotional art. I'm just grateful it's leagues better than Arrow's Mexico Triliogy box, which currently is the worst cover ever used by a boutique label
