HAha same. Ordered the Night Owls Edition, and I just asked DiabolikDVD if I can cancel my Mediabook 4K for credit. I hate Mediabooks, and I have no doubt Second Sight's will be better. 2 copies of this film is enough for me.

I limited myself to the regular collector's edition. The VHS is cool, but I know from experience that'll just sit and take up space.

I'll probably double dip because Umbrella's is just a blu ray and this is 4K. Plus I just love all things Second Sight.

This movie holds a more special place for me because I got to see it at a film festival prior to its release. And I really enjoyed it then. Can easily see myself revisiting this film during Octobers in the future. Double feature it with WNUF Halloween Special. Even if they just play in the background.

Haha yea, I'll never use the VHS (I assume it's PAL anyways?). But I think also the TV Guide was exclusive, and since I was already spending a lot, might as well go crazy. I can understand your excitement for it, it was on my radar forever and got to see it "pre-launch" with a pre-recorded message from David (One of the attendees is a friend of his so he recorded it for us). Was such a blast, definitely would be great with WNUF (another favorite of mine, along with the sequel).

Already have the umbrella on pre-order so on a fence about whether to get this. From memory it wasn't a film that would really benefit too much from 4K? HDR/DV is nice but it had an intentional sort of washed out look.
