yeah and i second the torchwood but man bbc prices for their boxsets are outragous for 13 episode series

Bleak House is available on Blu-ray from the UK. Since it's a BBC release, it should be region-free, too.

True, but the Blu-ray set's MSRP is only $20.00 more than the DVD version (which has already been released regardless of what the linked article stated) which isn't bad.
