Default Need Parental Control for kid's TV

OK, so... we've remodeled the house and put my 2 daughters in one very large bedroom (formerly a bonus room). It has a TV cubby, so we've left the TV and their TiVo in the room.

We have TiVo KidsZone turned on, so their channel selections are limited. However, I want to restrict the times they can watch it (no late-night Nick Toons or early morning TV when they should be getting ready for school). I need a device that can do this.

If it's something as simple as a timer I can plug into the wall that turns off the power to the TV during a specific time, that's OK. But I'm OK with going high-tech and getting something wireless or home-networkable that would let me turn it off via a GUI.

Any suggestions? Does such a thing exist?

Yes, well, my girls are 10 and 3, so telling them something and expecting them to do it 100% of the time is asking the impossible. They don't watch a LOT of TV, but I don't want them up late watching it, or watching it in the morning when they need to be getting ready for school.

The link that Wicky posted had a really cool "bank" of sorts, where kids deposit a "30-minute TV token" into a device that allows signal to stream to the TV... for $60, that's kinda cool, and teaches them responsibility to boot. Altho being able to keep the TV off completely after 9 PM would also be cool. But I can't have my cake and eat it too, it seems.
