The young guy was david archuletta (17), the winner David cook is 28 i think and a rocker from kansas city. he plays in a band and is very versatile, i think he will go far.

as far as receding hairline, not sure what show or person your talking about cause neither of them on idol had hair like that

Still hate reality type shows, dancing with starts and all that crap.

Thank for the info, now i can piss my wife off, by letting her know who won before she watches it. Like i did with DWTS.

Like i said they get a record contract that will be worth millions, he also got a free ford escape hybrid suv.

of course there will be another season, it is the most popular reality show on tv. the 2 finalist had over 97 million votes
