From what I've heard of, Quake Wars has single player with AI bots (not sure if it has a story mode though).

I'll probably pick-up Quake Wars. I have it for the PC but I've mostly been gaming on the PS3 lately.

If it's like the PC version, you can play online, on a lan or against bots.
