I tried in Ohio... and they said it was pushed back.... I need ANSWERS!!!

I live in New Brunswick, Canada and I got mine at HMV on release day. I couldn't find it anywhere else though. Yesterday I also saw it at Wal-Mart, along with Cloverfield.
