Default Sony Expands Bravia Line In 2007

Sony has discontinued making CRT’s and no new 2007 models are being produced. Also Sony has expanded the Bravia brand beyond just LCD. Bravia name will be on some new 2007 rear projector 3LCD and SXRD’s displays. Sony will be introducing high end displays with 1080P/24 support. There will be many more assortments of 1080P displays from Sony this year including two new models of BRAVIA 1080P 3LCD rear projectors and new BRAVIA SXRD 1080P’s late this year. The new BRAVIA 3LCD rear projectors have a reduced cabinet depth.
Also a neat little $300 device will ship this summer that will allow most new Sony BRAVIA TV’s to connect to the Internet to watch streaming movie trailers, etc. The little box connects to the DMEX connection located on the back of most new BRAVA TV’s.

xbr5? What about the 70" XBR3 SXRD - that hasn't been announced yet.

Anyone got any actual press releases or announcements? So far there are no 1.3 televisions from Sony on the market. The new 2020 series don't look like they will either.

This is all I could find but nothing yet on the A3000/XBRs. I just like the fact that they are going to a slimmer design and the pics of the new case looks nice. I'll be happy if the 60A3000 has HDMI 1.3 and is only 15" deep. I'm also curious how good the E3000 series are since they now are 1080p.

I wonder if this is like the Slim DLP rear projection I saw from Samsung. It was 50inch with only a 10 5/8 inch depth instead of 15 5/8 inch depth.
