Sony responsible for bad February and future March NPD numbers ? - Blu-ray Forum

I took a look at amazon for 2 weeks : PS3 (60 go) is still not available.
When I look at other retailers, I see plenty of unsold PS3.
Sony seems to supply retailers having a lot of PS3 in stock, and stop supplying those that haven't.

Meanwhile, Xbox 360 and Wii sell very well at Amazon and other retailers.

I think Sony is the only one to blame : they cannot manage logistic. Thanks to them, Microsoft and Nintendo will win the next generation war

Aren't individual companies responsible for ordering? How can Sony be to blame for bad logistics for companies not ordering enough? I see PS3's all over the place in stock.

I believe there is a hater in the house. If you knew anything about retail, you would realize your inaccuracy in laying the blame with Sony.

The PS has only been out since Nov. and the Wii is so cheap by todays standards that it's pratically free.

Amazon did have ps3's, they just went fast. The idea was to let each retail store decide for themselves how many ps3's they would get. It's not up to sony, it's up to the stores. Don't blame sony for the massive shortages. Microsoft had shortages with the xbox 360. Is it your fault if you can't make enough consoles to meet demand?
