How to file an unreceived item PayPal dispute? - Blu-ray Forum

Has anyone bought anything, on here, ebay, or where ever and not recv'd the item you paid for??? Did you pay w/Paypal???

I'm curious how the whole process is w/Paypal w/trying to file an item not recv'd dispute.

Any info would be great. I remember seeing this in a thread somewhere before but I can't find it!!

i believe this process has changed several time since i started using ebay back in 99. in paypal there is a dispute tab or link. you'll need to file a dispute where you can list your grievances. paypal will send a copy of it to the seller and they will have a certain amount of time to respond. if they don't respond paypal will credit your, debt or credit card depending on the dollar amount.

if the seller responds you'll have a change to make comments and if the result is amicable you'll close the dispute and go your merry way.
