Universal demo Blu-Ray disc with unannounced movies... - Blu-ray Forum

I was at Best Buy yesterday and saw that they had a new demo from various companies displaying the latest Blu-Ray movies from the studios. I noticed that they had King Kong on the demo already even though it just got announced but also on the demo was The Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift, which hasn't been announced. I didn't take too much time looking for more demos but those two is the ones I saw.

Yeah, the HD showing on TV was pretty damned good, so the proper Blu will surely own.

Really looking foward to that one. On topic: just because a movie is featured in a demo disc is not an indication that a release is coming soon.<<<We have seen that many times before.

Old News Buddy, but it says on the bottom of each Clips that Its coming soon to blu ray, we actually put those out on display for the Best Buy Reward Zone Event, you gotta admit, King Kong looked pretty damn cool on that Blu Ray preview right, bro??

I got a little pissed off at Disney for those first Blu-Ray previews. They were showing all of their classic movies as if they were going to be available soon, but we all know how Disney actually releases their classics.

It was rumored that the Bourne series was to be released in December, but I've not heard any official word on that.

My guess is they just pulled the footage out of the HD DVD promo trailer.
