To Sir, With Love (1967) - Blu-ray Forum

I...love...this...movie! Why this movie isn't on Blu-ray right now, I'll never know! When I watched "To Sir, With Love" on TV for the very first time, it changed my life forever!

And after 40+ years, the movie is still going strong! And screen legend Sidney Poitier gives one of the best performances of all time, ever since 1958's "The Defiant Ones", 1967's "In the Heat of the Night" and his Academy Award-winning performance in 1963's "Lilies of the Field"! I really hope Sony will announce "To Sir, With Love" on Blu-ray in the near future, because seeing it in high-def will be just like seeing it again for the first time, only it will shine brighter thanks to the power of Blu-ray!

So new to this but I agree with you on To Sir With Love. Why is this not on Blu-ray? This is One of Sidney Poitier's best movies. Is there a way to request it on Blu-ray?

Would be nice if they tacked on To Sir with Love 2 on a blu of this great film. Part 2 is not as good as part 1, but still has a great performances with Pottier reprising his role as Thackery.

Twilight Time release 2-10-2015. Will be expensive & limited quantity though.
