Thanks OP, hopefully they actually have a sale though, on Boxing Day, they advertised a big sale and only had three titles on sale

. If the titles in the pic are on sale, my CC will hurt

don't know what the sale will be. The last time, it was something like buy x titles get Y% off and the best deal was 15+ titles for 15% off (which I went with). So I would not expect (though it would be nice) much more then that. On the other hand
1) if you look at the BDs you will see they are well priced
2) unlike Amazon I don't think they raise the prices just before a sale to make it look good (i.e. during their b2g1 all the titles prices where raised and some as much as 5$)
3) fixed shipping of 10$ (so when you buy 15 movies it is <1$ a movie unlike amazon where it is 3$/movie+5$ fixed cost)

could be, even if you are there they will leave a notice, at least it was in the info of my last buy (it tells the post office for pick up only)

Has anyone received their order? I don't think I ever got a shipping confirmation from them even. My credit card was charged last Friday (made the order on Thurs. morning), so it better be on its way! The only emails I got were 'order received' and a couple from worldpay.com. C'mon SIG, you better not screw me...

i'm a little worried, i got an e-mail with an updated delivery notification:

2009/01/30 15:55 SCARBOROUGH, ON Item picked up
2009/01/23 17:02 An order has been electronically submitted

In my email it states "Item accepted on 01/30/09" I don't live in Scarborough! I'm in Victoria

I picked up my order yesterday at the post office. All 27 movies were there in mint condition

I suggest you send them an e-mail. If there's a delay it's because they are waiting for some titles from the vendor that may be temporarily out of stock. That was my situation.

I've never had any problems with any of their orders in 2 years.

They are very reliable and quick like amazon.ca

if by quick like amazon.ca you mean way slower then yes that has been the case. i have not had to wait longer than 5 business days for an amazon.ca order. i understand this was a huge sale but come on now, i place my order and 7 days later it begins the journey to my apartment? if it were an amazon order, it would have been here by now. =/ oh well..

Well, mine was just picked up by Canada Post, eleven days after the order. I'm not complaining, because the sale was great, but I hope as they get bigger and more professional they can improve their inventory practices. I was getting a little nervous there
