Default explored display with flashlight...OUCHHH!!!

So after wiping my display clean tonight, I decided I might explore if I left any smudges. The room was dark, so I thought I might use a small flashlight to create an image on my screen. What turned out was much worse. Within seconds I noticed a very small smudge, but this was not on the outer glass, oh no, this was on the inner display, something I couldn't touch!!! What the "F"? I then of course searched most of my screen, and I found more. It appeared as a very tiny worm. I then thought I should test to see if it affected my display at all....and that is the worst part. When focused on the "worm", I could tell the pixels it covered gave a smudged look....not clear...not cool by any means. There are at least three, maybe more...I don't want to know. Anyone else seen this? I have emailed Panasonic...I'm hoping for some answer soon.

Yep. I have a Panny plasma with this "dirty" screen on the inner glass. I can see mine on a bright scene when it pans up or down like a sky. The rest of the time it doesn't effect my viewing and isn't noticeable. I decided I could put up with mine.
